This corresponds to 2173 new metabolism reaction entries (with data on substrates and products, involved enzyme(s), reaction type, metabolite activity and other details). Metabolism information is manually curated based on product monographs and published literature, often synthesizing data from multiple sources to recapitulate the entire pathway for a given drug.
