Of 808 individual transcripts identified ( Fig. 2A ), 89 were significantly changed in all three groups. All were regulated in the same direction for Groups I–II, but in the opposite direction for Group III. Expression of 85 transcripts, including APOL2, GCC1, PTGES, were increased for Groups I–II and decreased for Group III. TYMS, C5orf3, PTRF and KLF5 were decreased in Groups I–II and increased in Group III.
