Rats were given ad libitum access to food and water. All procedures were carried out in accordance with the appropriate national guidelines for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals and formal approval to conduct the experiments was obtained from the institutional animal subjects review board. All efforts were made to minimize the number of animals used and their suffering.
