To explore the microstructural correlation of the PC1 pattern, restriction spectrum imaging (RSI) measures of N0 (i.e., an estimate of cell density) and ND (i.e., an estimate of neurite density) for the Desikan-Killiany regions were derived from the ABCD dataset [47, 48], and compared with individual CT reconstructed using PC1.
