To assess the interdependence of OPRM1 signals, GCTA-COJO37,38 was used to conduct conditional analyses (using the --cojo-cond option to specify the variant to condition on) based on the summary statistics from the gSEM analysis. Separate analyses conditioning on rs1799971 and rs9478500 were performed. UHS was used as the genotype reference for these analyses.
