corrected OR estimate is smaller than the uncorrected OR, it still overestimates the OR compared to the replication study. All the three SNPs selected from the χ22 test failed to replicate in the follow-up studies. The corrected OR estimates are smaller than the uncorrected ORs for all the three SNPs. The selection adjusted CIs include 1 for both the heterozygote and the homozygote for all three SNPs. These CIs are consistent with the CIs from the replication studies.
