Chronic exposure to restraint stress for 10 consecutive days significantly increased 2-AG levels 20 min (p < 0.01), but not 60 min into the 10th restraint session (Figure 3a). AA was decreased at both 20 and 60 min (p < 0.01 for both time points) into the 10th restraint session (Figure 3b). OAG was significantly increased at both 20 and 60 min into the 10th restraint episode (p < 0.05 for both time points; Figure 3c). SAG was increased 60 min into the 10th restraint episode (p < 0.05; Figure 3d).
