The synthesis and synopsis [54] of all these data in what might be called conglomerate meta-analyses and the updating of the total evidence-base on genetic associations is an evolving challenge. Large-scale, better-designed efforts hold the promise of further advancing our understanding of the genetic landscape of complex disorders.
