The distributions of age, sex, PLE, SLE, self-report depression classes, clinical depression classes, and suicidality do not differ significantly between the full and genotyped sample (see Supplementary Information Table I supp.). The polychoric correlations of SelfRepDep with ClinDep and suicidality are 0.24 and 0.27, respectively, and between ClinDep and suicidality is 0.59.
