We conducted analyses in two stages. We first examined the main effects of parental divorce/parental relationship discord, offspring PRSALC for the time-to-initiation of regular drinking and likelihood of lifetime AUD. Age and parental relationship discord were mean centered. The alcohol problems PRS and 10 PCs were standardized to have a mean of 0 and standard deviation of 1.
