Post-hoc analyses revealed that those with relatively reduced left VS reactivity to reward (low VS: t = 2.16, p = 0.0311; medium VS: t = 1.17, p = 0.23; high VS: t = −0.019, p = 0.9842) and increased retrospectively reported ELS (Johnson–Neyman significance for CTQ values>41.32) self-report increased anhedonic symptoms (See Fig. 2b and Supplementary Table S4 for regression table).
