Another 2% of positive cases based on DSM-IV criteria did not meet the DSM-5 criteria because they met neither Criterion A nor Criterion C. Only 1% of the DSM-IV positive-only cases did not meet the DSM-5 criteria because they failed to meet Criterion D of the DSM-5.
