defined fetal active elements (elements that are active in the fetal brain and become repressive in the adult brain) and adult active elements (elements that are repressive in the fetal brain then become active in the adult brain). The SNP annotation file can be downloaded from the github repository: https://github.com/thewonlab/H-MAGMA. Heritability enrichment values in different cell/tissue types resulting from S-LDSC were then scaled to allow tissue-level comparison of enrichment values.
