Additionally, the same effect was observed in PSs derived from Biobank Japan33,34 (BBJ) and standardized against our sample set of East Asian descent from UKBB (Supplementary Fig. 5). Here East Asian aspPSs shifted towards 0 and PS bias was proportionate with FST against the East Asian reference set (Fig. 4c).
