The AA/AG genotypes were marginally or significantly correlated with higher T1 adolescent- and mother-reported sensation seeking and mother-reported impulsivity. GABRA2 did not correlate with ancestry or other variables. FHD was correlated with all but four disinhibition and/or externalizing variables. Higher impulsivity and sensation seeking were generally correlated with greater externalizing outcomes. Few patterns emerged regarding specificity of relations between disinhibition and externalizing, except father-reported sensation seeking was only significantly correlated with T1 conduct problems and T2 alcohol problems.
