Genes that do not have the requisite numbers of SNPs with these characteristics are listed in the Supplement, Table SI. This list includes genes for which there is substantial positive association data from candidate gene studies, including the DRD4 dopamine receptor [156–158]. A number of these genes could be detected with the addition of 100 + 500k data and even more with more recently available arrays that assess ca. 1 million SNPs; these genes are also indicated in this table.
