In all subjects, the FA of callosal fibers in the temporal segment was significantly associated with the z‐scores of token motor test, Tower of London test, and the composite score. The regression for token motor test identified the FA of temporal segment as predictive variable accounting for 19.1% of the variance (Β = 46.2; F = 8.52; p = 0.006). The regression for the Tower of London test identified the FA of temporal segment as predictive variable accounting for 24.0% of the variance (B = 58.6; F = 11.3; p = 0.002). The regression for the composite score identified the FA of temporal segment as predictive variable accounting for 18.5% of the variance (B = 38.8; F = 8.14; p = 0.007). In the SZ group, the FA of callosal fibers in the temporal segment was significantly associated with the z‐score of the Tower of London test. The regression for the Tower of London test identified the FA of temporal segment as predictive variable accounting for 29.5% of the variance (B = 73.2; F = 7.12; p = 0.016; Figure
