The metaGRS developed using the derivation set was held fixed and evaluated in the UKB validation subset (n = 395,393) using a Cox proportional hazard model. We conducted complete case analysis due to the low proportion of participants with any missing values for the seven risk factor variables of interest (5.1% of participants).
