We also characterized the 3D neuronal culture that has been known to recapitulate both amyloid β and Tau pathology [14]. In addition to Aβ quantification (see below), we performed ICC to detect Tau and phosphorylated Tau proteins using antibodies specifically targeting Tau (antibody BT-2; Fig 6A) or phosphorylated Tau at residue Thr 181 (antibody AT270; Fig 6B).
