The image processing pipeline will be made publicly available in early 2017 from www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/ukbiobank - this is the pipeline used to process the raw imaging data and generate IDPs, and hence is not needed in order to replicate the results of this paper, which could be achieved by accessing IDPs as described above, and then using the IDP analysis code described below.
