The three genes with the lowest P-values are Zinc Finger Protein 181 (ZNF181, P = 3.7 × 10−6), the non-coding RNA–microRNA 643 (MIR643, P = 3 × 10−5) and the Zinc Finger Protein 766 gene (ZNF766, 1.1 × 10−4), all located on chromosome 19.
