Table IV presents the top 25 SNPs for analyses conducted on the Restricting AN sample. The λ for Restricting AN was 1.0. The minimum P-value using the trend test was 4.7 × 10−4, which corresponds to an FDR of 0.91. Figure 1c depicts the QQ plot with no deviation of observed from expected P-values. Again, the observed P-value distribution corresponds closely to that expected by chance.
