The distribution of de novo coding variants per individual in the TIC Genetics cohort and in the SSC siblings follow an expected Poisson distribution (Figure S1), as has been observed in other disorders (e.g., Fromer et al., 2014; Homsy et al., 2015; Neale et al., 2012; Sanders et al., 2012; Xu et al., 2012).
