Finally, for each of the 225,360 exome-wide collapsing analyses comprising the collapsing PheWAS (12 models × (17,361 + 1,419) studied phenotypes), we calculated the lambda genomic inflation factor (λ) after excluding genes achieving exome-wide significance P < 2.6 × 10−6 for that phenotype (Supplementary Tables 22, 23).
