Results are shown in Figure 3. We find that given a sample size of 2,000 individuals for the biomarker dataset, the causal variant needs to explain close to 2% of the variance of the biomarker to provide reliable evidence in favour of a colocalised signal (lower percentile for PP4 >80%).
