Hippocampal volume decreased with age across all APOE genotypes. This decline was evident when examining the moving averages of hippocampal volume as well as when age was categorized into three groups (Figure 1 and Figures S3 and S4 in supporting information). The raw total hippocampal volumes by APOE and age group are summarized in Table S8 in supporting information.
