Hardy-Weinberg (HW) equilibrium was tested for the DRD2 polymorphism. Genotype distributions and allele frequencies were compared using χ2-test. Moreover, two logistic regression analyses were performed in order to examine possible interactive effects of the DRD2 alleles and genotypes with gender. All statistical tests were two-sided, and were considered significant at P < 0.05.
