Participants were interviewed by mental health professionals (masters level and above) who received an additional 30–40 h of training in research procedures, risk management, and reliability. Reliability was assessed using a team member, who had received specialized research diagnostic training, as a gold standard. Continued supervision was provided to prevent interviewer drift. All interviewers followed a risk management protocol which involved classifying participants by risk status, seeking immediate clinical consultation, and referring for emergency services if needed.
