Compared to FTND PGS, TUD PGS were more strongly associated across virtually all domains, including TUD (Figure 6a). After conditioning on PGS for other smoking variables (CPD, SmkInit, FTND), TUD PGS was still significantly associated with TUD and 14 other mental and medical traits (Supplementary Table 34). We repeated the TUD PGS analyses in a BioVU cohort of AA individuals using the TUD-AA meta-analysis results. As expected, TUD was the strongest (OR=1.20, p=2.81E-06) association (Supplementary Table 35).
