Alcoholic fatty liver is more pronounced in Pparα−/−/Cyp2a5−/− mice than in Pparα+/+/Cyp2a5−/− mice. (A) Ethanol induction of FGF21 was blunted in Pparα−/−/Cyp2a5−/− mice (N=4).
