Manhattan plots, which are presented in Figure 4 for P3 and in Figure 5 for the genetic factor score, order p values by location on each chromosome, thereby providing information about where in the genome variants with small p values occur. Although small p values (large −log10[p]) appear to cluster somewhat on a few chromosomes, on balance there is little evidence of significant or even suggestive associations.
