Pair-wise Pearson’s correlations were used to examine the similarity between the Combined-PC1 and the regional pattern of normative aging. As IMAGEN-T2 was used to derive the Combined-PC1, to ensure the independence of the Combined-PC1, a sensitivity analysis was performed by correlating normative aging effects in the IMAGEN study with the Combined-PC1 derived from the data without IMAGEN-T2 participants.
