Descriptive statistics of marital status and HED frequencies by age are summarized in Table 1. More participants were married or living as married at older ages compared to at younger ages. Among unmarried participants of all ages, the majority were never married rather than separated or divorced. On a descriptive level, engagement in HED was generally lower among married (or living as married) participants compared to those who were unmarried.
