The group comparison results are reported in Table 1. There were no significant group differences in sex, race, or parent SES. There were also no significant group differences in time 1 age (F(2, 116)=2.32, p=0.10), time 1 FD (F(2, 116)=2.41, p=0.09) and time 2 (F(2, 116)=2.32, p=0.10) FD. Lastly, even though groups were classified based on bingeing patterns prior to session 1, there were significant group differences on both longitudinal standard bingeing (χ2(2)=53.30, p<.001; Supplementary Figure 1A) and extreme bingeing (χ2(2)=54.21, p<.001; Supplementary Figure 1B). Both binge groups reported higher longitudinal standard bingeing than Control (ps<.001), but they did not differ from one another (p=.23). For longitudinal extreme bingeing, Control reported lower frequency than sBinge (p<.001), who in turn reported lower frequency than eBinge (p=.006).
