Covariates included in the analysis were age at neurocognitive testing, age squared, the first 10 MDS dimensions, sex, and genotyping batch. R2 was used to report the total variance explained by DEP-PRS and model covariates for the 15 tested neurocognitive phenotypes. Additionally, a variance partitioning tool140 (https://github.com/GabrielHoffman/misc_vp/blob/master/calcVarPart.R) was used to determine the variance explained by DEP-PRS and each covariate individually. FDR-adjusted p-values were reported.
