For PS2 and PS5, which identified the smallest number of markers with significant linkage, approximately one-third of the ttth1 covariate data was missing. Thus, examining the values of the regression coefficients in the calculation of the PS and the goodness of fit of the logistic models may be a means to help define the most appropriate PS.
