Seventh, although DMN is the most widely studied network, comparison across other resting state and task-related networks may further our understanding of brain dynamics in AUD. Finally, using FC measures of both EEG source and fMRI activations from the same groups of subjects will be highly useful not only to understand each method one in the light of another but also to potentially augment predictive power to classify a disorder from technically different but complementary features, and such studies are also underway in our lab.
