This study analyzed data from Generation Scotland: The Scottish Family Health Study (GS:SFHS), (data available on request: http://www.generationscotland.co.uk) and UKB, (data available on request: http://www.ukbiobank.ac.uk). GS:SFHS received ethical approval from the NHS Tayside Committee on Medical Research Ethics (REC Reference Number: 05/S1401/89). UK Biobank received ethical approval from the Research Ethics Committee (REC Reference Number: 11/NW/0382). The present analyses were conducted under UK Biobank data application number 4844.
