141 subjects completed both infusion sessions; of these, 132 had complete phenotype and genotype data and are included in the analysis. The numbers of subjects within subgroups in the final sample are included in Table 1. Drinks per drinking day averaged 5.0±0.2 overall (minimum 1.5, maximum 13.9) reflecting moderate to high-risk, but non-dependent, drinking. Mean and SEM drinks per drinking day for subgroups are shown in Figure 3; only gender was significant (Females<Males, p=0.001). For the alcohol clamp, the average time for a linear ascent to 60 mg/dL was 14.4 ± 0.04 min (Mean ± SEM). BrAC measurements obtained during Block 1 and Block 2 averaged (± SEM) 60.4 ± 0.23 and 60.3 ± 0.11 mg/dL, respectively.
