Informed consent was obtained from all patients (Supplementary Information). Of the 4,718 genotyped cases, 4,571 were diagnosed with schizophrenia, 39 with unspecified functional psychosis, 86 with schizoaffective disorder, 10 with schizophreniform and 12 with persistent delusional disorders (Supplementary Information).
