Induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells were prepared from human primary lymphocytes using Sendai viral vectors (CytoTune™, Life Technologies, Grand Island, NY).26,27 Source biomaterials were obtained from a de-identified repository and were therefore exempt from human subject regulations. Stem cells were maintained using mTeSR1 medium (STEMCELL Technologies).
