Text

There has been almost no discussion of workaholism as a function of ethnicity73. In a convenience sample study of employees in North Carolina (88% response rate), no mean differences in workaholism were found for 79 Black (M = 59) and 108 White (M = 61) employees using the Work Addiction Risk Test74. Prevalence of workaholism based on a cut score was not reported.
