Text

The ASI (Reiss et al., 1986) is a 16-item questionnaire that evaluates the degree to which an individual is fearful of anxiety symptoms and their consequences. Scores range from 0 to 64, and higher scores indicate higher levels of AS. The ASI has displayed good reliability and discriminant validity from anxiety symptoms and other affective constructs in prior work (Naragon-Gainy, 2010).
