The fixed effect of longitudinal extreme bingeing on network connectivity are shown in Table 3. None of the results survived the FDR correction. Additionally, the fixed effect of longitudinal bingeing (standard plus extreme bingeing) on network connectivity were also explored, but none of the results survived the FDR correction (Supplementary Table 1). Pearson correlations were computed for the change (Time 2 minus Time 1) in DMN-VAN connectivity and change in cognitive performance (Table 4). Across all 4 cognitive tasks, change in DMN-VAN connectivity was not significantly correlated with change in performance (all puncorrected > .22). Spearman’s correlation between change in cognitive performance and longitudinal standard/extreme bingeing were also explored, but none were significant (all puncorrected > .11, Supplementary Table 2).
