To verify the consistency of our results in an independent sample, we used UKB summary association data (117,900 subjects of European descent) for an item from the traumatic events assessment which is one of the five REX items in MVP: “Repeated disturbing thoughts of stressful experience in past month” (UKB Field ID: 20497).
