The estimated imaginary coherence values were normalized by Fisher’s Z-transform to compare between BD and non-BD groups. Resting-state connectivity between pairs of 44 electrodes (1,128 electrode pairs) was analyzed. Figure 1 shows the pairs of connected electrodes in which significant differences between the BD and non-BD groups were observed. Stronger and weaker connectivities in the BD group compared with the non-BD group are shown as red and blue lines, respectively (uncorrected p < 0.01).
