The mediation model showed a significant indirect effect of left NAcc-SSMA on the relationship between sensation-seeking and DV for FH+ subjects with the bootstrapped bias-corrected estimate (95% confidence intervals, CI, did not include zero, Figure 5). Left NAcc-right precuneus connectivity also showed a significant indirect (CI: 0.0001 – 0.5055) and right NAcc-SSMA neared significance (CI: −0.0092 – 0.3167). No significant effects were found for other ROIs for either group.
