The within group whole brain t-tests revealed increased connectivity from neutral to incentive conditions between NAcc and occipital and temporal lobes in FH− and no significant increases in connectivity in FH+. Decreased connectivity was found in FH− between bilateral NAcc and inferior parietal, paracentral and precuneus regions and in FH+ between left NAcc and superior temporal and occipital regions (Figure 2). Extended results, at more lenient voxel-level thresholds of p<0.05 false-discovery-rate-corrected, voxel extent ≥20, are available in Supplemental Tables 1 and 21.
