was first assigned as African ancestry (AA), European ancestry (EA), or Other; then, capitalizing on the family‐based recruitment strategy, a family‐based ancestral population was assigned according to the majority of individual‐based assignments in that family to facilitate downstream family‐based analyses. For quality control, between two and 127 samples were genotyped on at least two different arrays—pairwise concordance rates were >99.18%. In total, the genetic dataset includes 8038 European ancestry samples from 1127 families, 3654 African ancestry samples from 619 families, and 453 samples of “Other” ancestral backgrounds from 69 families.
