We estimated the value of ρ for all PGIs satisfying the criterion for inclusion in the Repository in three of our validation datasets: HRS, WLS and UKB (partition 3). Recall from the main text that ρ is defined as ρ=hSNP2R2, where hSNP2 is the SNP heritability and R2 is the fraction of variance explained in a regression of the phenotype on the PGI.
